Mauricio Jimenez, Penn State's Director of Global Safety, brings 30+ years of leadership and international experience. A New Jersey native, he earned a B.S. in Psychology from PSU in 1986 before serving in the US Army and spending 24 years with the DEA. Returning to PSU in 2021, he now leads efforts to promote the health, safety, and security of PSU’s international travelers.
